Orders & Returns
Returns:
We accept returns. You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
Please do not send your purchase back to us without a prior RMA Code. To obtain one, please email us at customerservice@tutfitnessgroup.com
Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable TUT Training App
- Items not in their original condition, damaged or have missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item purchased more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and if you eligible for a refund
Please note: Shipping cost is not refundable.
Once your return has been approved, we will notify you via email. A refund will be processed automatically to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days from approval.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund within the 5 business days, first, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted on your credit card.

Sale items (if applicable):
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchange (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are manufacturer's defect as per our Warranty policy
We are not responsible for products damaged during transit .
Shipping:
To return your product, please contact customerservice@tutfitnessgroup.com to obtain a RMA Code and a return shipping address.
You are responsible for shipping costs, which are non-refundable. Please ensure that your item is trackable with the shipping company of your choice.
Products that are returned without a RMA code will be refused.
